About
Dr. Ben Tsutaoka, PharmD, CSPI is a pharmacist with specialized training in toxicology and poison information. He is a Certified Specialist in Poison Information and has worked at the Califonia Poison Control System - San Francsico Division since 1999 as a Toxicology Management Specialist. He has a particular interest in devising a way to decrease the number of medication related poisonings in children.
We will present data, articles from the medical literature and news stories regarding childhood poisonings. We hope to generate awareness and discussion to prevent poisonings, one of the most common causes of injury in the pediatric population. Along the way we hope to find some products that will be truly helpful to parents for keeping your child safe.
